The book The Wanderer by Sharon Creech is about a girl named Sophie that joins her cousins and uncles on a sailing trip to Bompie, her grandfather, in England. Along the way, she tells stories about him and what he did when he was around their age, and some stories she tells is a little…off topic. The genre of this book is Realistic Fiction, so people who like adventure and action would enjoy this book.
