Chapters 48-59

Cha. 48: Cody is still curious about Sophie’s real parents.

Cha. 49: A big wave hit the boat and brought back a very faint memory of Sophie’s.

Cha. 50: Sophie’s legs got hurt, Cody’s face is damaged, and Brian’s right arm is injured. The boat wasn’t in good shape either. The boat is a mess, Sophie, Cody, and Brian are hurt, everything is a mess.

Cha. 51: Cody starts to ponder if they will make it or not.

Cha. 52: Sophie relates the wave to birth while talking about how everyone is jittery and still in pretty bad shape.

Cha. 53: Sophie tells another story about Bompie, but this one is different than the other ones. This one is about him and his father.

Cha. 54: Even though Cody is hurt, he fixes the boat, and they have no way of contacting anyone of they need help.

Cha. 55: Everything is very wet, and Sophie, trying to keep it together, is still hurt. But things are looking up. The crew have been working hard to make that boat livable again. Cody has hope that they will make it after all.

Cha. 56: The crew have been trying to use the sextant for navigation, Sophie has lost her passion for the sea for right now, and they are almost to England to Bompie.

Cha. 57: Bompie is on Sophie’s mind.

Cha. 58: Sophie tells a story about the little kid that doesn’t want to remember what happened to her parents.

Cha. 59: Uncle Stew is nicer, the big wave reminded a lot of Sophie’s dreams, that a wave like that would be there, and Sophie and Cody bonded a little over the big and that they were thinking the same thing in the moment.

Chapters 60-69

Cha. 60: Cody notices that his father was being nicer to him. Although he feels like he doesn’t know him at all, and that he want to ask more questions like Sophie does.

Cha. 61: They have finally reached some point of land, sailing along the southern coast of Ireland. They are all happy.

Cha. 62: The crew made it on land! They finally did it! But Uncle Stew and Mo were fighting about who was going to stay, who was coming, and the transportation.

Cha. 63: When they arrived a a restaurant they ordered loads of food, talked to so many people about what they just been through, and some offered to help them fix up the boat.

Cha. 64: Cody feels like he’s in a new body, walking funny, walking into things, but he notices Sophie was getting the stories she had been told all mixed up when she was talking to other people.

Cha. 65: Uncle Stew, Mo, and Dock fought over what they were going to do, and who they were going to see.

Cha. 66: The crew got to see Rosalie for the first time.

Cha. 67: They all finally got the opportunity to call families and tell them that they are ok. Now it was off to Bompies.

Cha. 68: Bompie hasn’t been doing so well, and Sophie is scared that he won’t even be alive by the time they make it.

ha. 69: We finally here about Sophie’s real parents and what happened to them, but it was weird, because all of the stories Sophire had told tp Cody was actually Sophie when she was very young, and Cody knew exactly what would happen next when Uncle Bock was telling the story. Cody still wonders about her real parents and how they died, but they will be arriving at Bompie’s that very night.

Chapters 70-78

Cha. 70: They have passed Bristol and Swindon and Reading, now they are outside the Windsor Castle, eatting cheeseburgers from McDonalds.

Cha. 71: They have arrived at Bompie’s house, but they had a little trouble getting there. They were greeted by a nurse when they got there. Once Cody saw him he thought he was dead.

Cha. 72: They all saw Bompie for the first time in a long time. He didn’t seem to recognize anyone at first, but he did recognize Sophie.

Cha. 73: Sophie told all the stories Bompie told her. He remembered all of them except the parts where he was struggling in the water. Sophie was going on and on about a story that wasn’t Bompie’s, but hers, about her parents passing. She cried into Bompie’s chest, not denying the truth. Later she gave Cody a notebook filled with stories about Bompie.

Cha. 74: Uncle Mo made an apple pie for Bompie. Later some of the crew started juggling.

Cha. 75: Uncle Dock finally confessed his feelings to Rosalie, but she said she said it would be too soon and that she had plans to go to Spain.

Cha. 76: Everyone tells Bompie all about their trip and what they had to go through. After, Uncle Mo gave everyone a really nice drawing

Cha. 77: Everyone but Uncle Dock went home by plane and everything seemed good. Uncle Stew got a job, Uncle Mo got into art classes, Cody, Sophie, and Brain are doing good, everyone’s good.

Cha. 78: Sophie is home and her parents are happy to see her. Cody and Brian come over to stay for a bit. And everything ended well.
