The Paragon.U Future Shapers Festival 2024 was held four days physically from Tuesday to Friday, 21st – 24th January 2025 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Paragon International University.
This event featured a diverse range of activities aimed at empowering participants with industry insights, career development opportunities, and networking sessions with leading companies.
The festival commenced on Tuesday, January 21st, the event focus on seminar by Prudential Life Assurance, providing valuable insights into the financial sector. Furthermore in the afternoon session featured seminars by DKSH Cambodia and AIA Life Insurance, where company representatives shared industry knowledge and career opportunities. Additionally, company booths remained open throughout the day for networking and recruitment activities.
On Wednesday, January 22nd, the agenda focused on practical learning experiences, starting with a company visit to DFI Lucky Private Limited in the morning, allowing participants to observe corporate operations firsthand. and a job interview tips session was conducted in Room 314, providing valuable guidance on interview techniques and professional etiquette. The day concluded with a photo shooting session, capturing memorable moments for attendees.
Thursday, January 23rd, featured continuous engagement with industry professionals through company booths, which remained open throughout the day for networking and career discussions. A CV and Cover Letter Workshop took place in the afternoon, helping participants refine their application materials. The day wrapped up with another photo shooting session to document the event’s activities.
The final day, Friday, January 24th, was dedicated to inspiration and celebration. The afternoon session kicked off with "Pitch Your Passion", a motivational talk by Solyka Teng, aimed at encouraging participants to pursue their career ambitions. This was followed by an appreciation segment recognizing sponsors and partnered companies. A cultural highlight of the day was the musical performance "I Think They Called This Love" by Mr. Linhcheu Meng. The festival concluded with closing remarks by Vice Rector Mrs. Shirley, expressing gratitude to all participants, followed by a final photo session to commemorate the success of the event.

DFI Lucky Career Talk
On 27th December 2024, Career Center and DFI Lucky Private Limited had hosted a Career Talk with the topic of “Introducing the Career Roadmap in Retail Management”. DFI Lucky Private Limited is currently one of the leading supermarket retailers in Cambodia.
The session was held from 2:00PM to 4:00PM in the conference hall of Paragon International University. There were 57 students from different faculties and departments joining such as International Trade and Logistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, and more. They were all interested in exploring the opportunities in the retail sectors.
The session involved the senior leaders from commercial and supply chain departments of DFI Lucky to share their professional journeys, discussed industry trends, and highlighted the diverse career paths available within the retail management. The attendees gained first-hand knowledge on the essential skills for entering the field, learned about available internship and job opportunities as well as get to network directly with the DFI representatives. To enhance the engagement, DFI Lucky also provided snacks and small tokens to welcome the participants.

Paragon.U Career Fair 2025 was a huge success, which filled with inspiration, connection, and opportunity. The annual Fair which happened on 12th June 2025, bringing a lot of students, alumni, professionals, and top employers within one place to network, explore diverse career paths, and gain valuable insights from industry leaders.
Our event featured inspiring keynote speakers from the alumni sharing session, company’s introductions, Q&A session directly to the expert in each field, as well as the recruitment interview session where students can either submit CV or just walk-in to real life opportunities to get selected to work in well-known companies.
