On Wednesday, 10th April 2024 from 2:00PM to 04:00PM, Paragon International University’s Career Center Unit had organized its monthly event series called “Career Talk” with Canadia Bank (Cambodia) Plc. The topic of the event was “Careers Readiness & Young Professional Banker’s” with the honorable Guest speaker Mr. Hong Sovandara, the Head of HR Service Division (Cambodia) Plc.
This Career Talk provided students with insights and a chance to learn about the company’s culture as well as the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the banking industry. The Canadia Bank team had shared tips on how to be ready for students’ upcoming career path along with their upcoming young professional Banker programs during the event with open Q&A session to wrap up the event.

On Tuesday, April 30th, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, AIA (Cambodia) Life Insurance partnered with Paragon International University Career Center to organize a sharing session focused on the theme of "AIA Elite Program and Corporate Career".
This session aimed to provide students with valuable insights into the company's culture and opportunities available as corporate officers and entrepreneurs within the insurance industry at AIA Life Insurance. Members of the AIA Life Insurance team had shared their experiences and testimonials, followed by an open question and answer session to conclude the event.

Paragon.U Career Fair 2024 was a huge success, which filled with inspiration, connection, and opportunity. The annual Fair which happened on 17th May 2024, bringing a lot of students, alumni, professionals, and top employers within one place to network, explore diverse career paths, and gain valuable insights from industry leaders.
Our event featured inspiring keynote speakers from the alumni sharing session, company’s introductions, Q&A session directly to the expert in each field, as well as the recruitment interview session where students can either submit CV or just walk-in to real life opportunities to get selected to work in well-known companies.

This seminar aimed to empower students with practical insights into bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world career experiences. Attendees learned about opportunities in sales, marketing, and human resources, as well as the unique benefits of the program, including scholarships, guaranteed internships, and personalized mentorship.
