1. Non-discrimination: Employers do not discriminate (in matters relating to employment) on the basis of race, color, gender, belief, faith, political opinion, national origin, social status and trade union membership or trade union operation.
2. Sexual harassment: Sexual harassment, any unwanted sexual attention during work or outside work, is prohibited.
3. Confidentiality: All students’ private information, including but not limited to students’ information in CVs, etc., must be protected.
4. No fees charged: The process before, during and after recruiting our students must be ensured that there are no fees charged. The overall procedure must be completely free.
5. Pressuring students into accepting job: Students will not be forced to accept any job offers. Students’ decision shall be respected.
6. On-campus sales, promotion or solicitation: Paragon International University is commercial-free campus. Employers are not authorized to hire for positions whose responsibilities include the on-campus selling or promotion to ParagonIU's students, faculty or employees of items, goods or services.
Our Career Center reserves the right to use discretionary judgment based on an organization’s circumstances when determining whether to further grant or limit access beyond this policy.
