Certiport Proctor Policies
Becoming a Certiport Proctor
To become a Certiport proctor:
creating an account at Certiport.com and
signing Certiport Proctor Agreement and
Setting Up Tests
When you are ready to test your students, then you will review the following instructions. The Certiport process is easy. First, you will need to create user accounts for your students on the Certiport website. See below the Bulk Registration. Second, you will probably need to create an exam group so that you can track your students' outcomes. See the below - Exam Groups instructions. For students who may have an ADA request, Certiport has a process for that as well. See the link for the ADA request.
Your STS will need to install in your computer labs a special package created by our IT department called "Compass for Middle Schools". This package is available on Ivanti. Compass is the application that you will need to launch to test your students. The exam license automatically links with the student profile when the student logs into Compass using their Certiport account information. Compass for Middle Schools is found on the Portal Manager, which you can install on your testing devices as well.
Please review the recording for the Certiport training below for more important information on the Certiport testing process.
