Online Registration Process
Online Registration Process
All student-athletes in grades 6 through 12 will register their physical packet and other required eligibility components into the online system called Aktivate. High school student-athletes will need to electronically complete, or digitally upload the documents and certificates into the registration system.

Step 1: Please visit our online registration https://www.aktivate.com/
What is Aktivate? Aktivate is the new, online portal for the Athletic Packet that all students who wish to participate in interscholastic sports at Boca Raton Community High School MUST complete. Parents, register your student using the above mentioned platform. You will need to fill out certain parts of the packet online and upload other parts of the packet (student's EL2/physical, the certificates from the student's completed courses for the heat illness, concussion and cardiac arrest courses).
Step 2: Pay your $10 Insurance Tryout Fee + $75 Post-Tryout Insurance Fee (balance) - Paid through School Cash Online (link will be posted in GC) DIRECTIONS
Step 3: Complete, print, and turn in all 3 of the NFHS Courses LINK
Step 4: Print and Sign the Player Agreement Form

Who should complete the Athletic Eligibility Packet on Aktivate?
Any student currently registered and physically attending Boca Raton Community High School who wants to participate in a sports team at Boca High.
REQUIRED - TRYOUT FEE / INSURANCE FEE
Cash is NOT accepted. Payment is nonrefundable.
Option 1:
A student-athlete may choose to pay a ONE-TIME $75.00 fee.Option 2:
A $10.00 non-refundable fee can be submitted to try-out for any sports team. Upon making the team, the student-athlete is responsible for remitting the balance of $65.00 before participating in further practice or games/events. Until the $75.00 annual limit is reached, the student-athlete must remit an additional $10.00 try-out fee for each sport.How to pay:
School Cash Online via debit or credit card or we will accept a check or money order made out to Boca Raton Community High School.
School Cash Online should be open for the 2023-2024 school year.
NOTE: You will need to make sure to include the STUDENT NAME and STUDENT NUMBER when you pay.
