The Center for Performing and Fine Arts (CPFA) offers high-quality, arts-intensive education to Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School (PALCS) students who successfully audition and are accepted into the program.
Each CPFA course earns one credit and counts towards graduation elective credit requirements (except in a few circumstances).
CPFA Online (Part-Time)
1-2 online arts electives
CPFA Online (Full-Time)
3+ arts electives
CPFA On-Site
In person at CPFA in West Chester, PA
Two days per week
At least four classes
Most CPFA Online classes meet about once a week for virtual lessons with additional practice requirements and assignments to complete online asynchronously.
In addition, CPFA Online students are able to schedule occasional in-residency days on-site at the Center for Performing and Fine Arts for rehearsals or occasional in-person training and participate in all after-school activities, concerts, and performances.
