BORROWING BOOKS: The lending period for students and parents is 10 days. You may renew books for an additional 10 days by bringing the books into the library, or just letting the librarians know in person, or by e-mail. Simply tell us your child’s name and the titles you would like to renew.

OVERDUE, LOST, AND DAMAGED BOOKS: The Hart Library does not charge any overdue fines. However we ask students and parents to remember that our collection is a shared resource and to please return materials in a timely fashion. The Library emails overdue notices on a weekly basis via an automated system. If you have lost or damaged a library book please contact one of the librarians. Your Packer account will be charged for lost, damaged, or long overdue materials. And, of course, if you have any questions about overdue, lost, or damaged books, or about any of our policies, please speak to the librarians.
