~ There are enough activities provided in this workbook for you to complete one activity per week for the entire year.
~ Complete two mental health activities, one physical activity, and one social activity each month.
~ If you find the time and have the energy for more, you can implement these activities at a larger volume by increasing the frequency or duration that are you doing them for.
~ Remember, this book is all about you.
~ Use the corresponding journals (located below) as a space to complete your activities and to monitor your progress.

Here are templates that you may either type in or print out for your own use to track your progress during the course of this workbook.
I recommend using all three of these to document your progress with regard to mental health, physical shape, and social wellbeing separately.
If you are using these documents online, make sure you either go to 'File' 'Make a copy' or 'File' 'Download' --> Microsoft Word Document in order for you to have your very own.

If you already exercise regularly, you can use these pages as a template to track your workouts.
If you do not already exercise regularly, no need to worry! This will be a great tool to monitor the progress you make.

~ Sporting events
~ The combination of wearing a mask, social distancing, and being outside will allow each of these activities to be done safely with small groups of people outside of your household.
