Parent Link by Blackboard is a notification system that allows you to send messages to students, parents, or both. Your messages can be sent by email, phone, text or all of the above. Your messages can be translated into the necessary home languages for all your families. The data in Parent Link is synced to Oxnard School District's Student Information System (SIS).
