Once a school completes the consultation process and finalizes its program design with your SRP Specialist, the next steps are to complete eligibility documents and begin spending your Title funds.
Step 1: Your Google Folder
All documents that you must complete will be housed within your School Google Folder. View the presentation to learn more.
Your google folder will be shared with you prior to consultation, and the first document housed within your folder in your Needs Assessment (PSP207). If you need access to your folder contact privateschoolprogam@ousd.org.
Step 2: Complete Eligibility Workbook (PSP214)
All participating private schools must complete the eligibility workbook annually, due in October. You will receive a detailed email from privateschoolprogam@ousd.org with your workbook along with directions.

It's time to spend your money! See the payment procedure guide for information on how to:
get your vendors approved or select OUSD-approved vendors
process staff stipends
get conference approval and reimbursement
process purchase orders
create contracts
For electronic equipment orders, email the privateschoolprogram@ousd.org first.
This includes: ordering LCD Projectors, speakers, laptops, chromebooks, etc
Private Schools will be Using the OUSD vendor for equipment.
Process for InvoicingForms needed for Payment Processes:
Important Payment Deadlines
All deadlines must be met, OUSD’s forms must be used, and the information must be complete and accurate or the private school will not be eligible for participation in the current school year.
Important Dates to Remember:
November 30th - Title I Annual Meeting Documents
Monthly/Ongoing- Teacher Stipend Invoices
April 1st - LAST DAY to submit the following
- Budget Transfers
- Purchase Orders (Need a Purchase Order to pay people or purchase items)
Requisitions
After this date, No new requests will be accepted.
June 30th - LAST DAY to submit ALL Invoices
