The SSC flyer must be posted at least 72 hours in advance of your meeting and must include: School name, location, date, time, title of the meeting, and all the agenda items. You can post your agenda with your flyer or in place of the flyer.
Be sure to include on the flyer (REQUIRED) "Discuss and Approve Title I & IV 2023-24 School Year Budgets"
Run potential ideas or expenditures by your SRP specialist to ensure grant allowability.
Be sure to include on the agenda (REQUIRED) "Approve Title I and Title IV 25-26 SY Budgets"
Signatures must be handwritten or electronically signed, and members must be in attendance.

All Title I and Title IV expenditures must be approved by Strategic Resource Planning and deemed allowable to be included in site budgets.
Important Note - Extended contracts for ILTs CANNOT be paid for with Title I or Title IV funds. ITLs are required and not supplemental. Extended contracts can be used for professional development, extended curriculum development time, cross-grade level collaboration time, etc. Please check with your SRP specialists for questions related to extended contracts for teachers and allowability use of funds.
