These continuous improvement tools are designed for school sites to analyze and identify root causes for current outcomes of multlingual learners/ELLs and to identify systems-level responses to improve the expereince and outcomes for our students. The purpose is not to replce other observation and analysis tools, but to amplify these with a clear language equity lens.
