EL Education-Aligned Designated ELD Materials 

Beginning in the 2025-26 school year, OUSD is rolling over to  the 2025 edition of the K-5 EL Education Language Arts curriculum, which includes the new Unlock ELD designated ELD program. This rollover comes after a multiyear partnership with EL Education to develop designated ELD units as part of this 2025 edition. The lessons below are recommended for designated ELD in grades K-5 and in some cases include OUSD slide deck versions of the Unlock ELD curriculum.
