The RESEARCH section of the Moderation Portal is designed to develop skills related to the Moderation Cycle. The professional learning activities are progressive and we recommend that after completing the “What is Moderation?” activity practitioners use the Needs Analysis Tool to reflect on their professional development priorities. This will help practitioners select the professional activities that are most relevant to their needs and experience.
