Peer Review Teams

A Peer Review Team is a professional learning opportunity for a group of practitioners to collaborate to moderate learning, teaching and assessment plans. The collaboration takes place online, using Microsoft Teams, and is supported by an experienced lead practitioner. The Peer Review Team professionally reflect on standards and give constructive feedback on planning for learning, teaching and assessment.

This is a high quality professional learning experience to engage in professional dialogue around what is excellent learning, teaching and assessment. Experienced practitioners, confident in the Moderation Cycle, who are looking for more challenge can also lead a Peer Review team.

The Peer Review Team use the same criteria for high quality planning of learning, teaching and assessment shared on the Moderation Portal to moderate planning examples.

Practitioners who share their learning, teaching and assessment plans can request constructive feedback from a Peer Review Team when they upload their documents
