Our Vision - "Learning and Playing Together to Be our Best"
We developed our Vision in consultation with everyone in Carleith including staff, children, parents and partners. Learning and Working together is at the Heart of what we do, whether that is working regularly in teams as we learn in school or whether it is working in partnership with our families to achieve the best possible outcomes for our learners. We strive for our children to be the BEST they can possibly be and we have the highest expectations and aspirations for our learners.
Our VALUES were created by our children. They consulted staff, children and families before deciding on what our most important values are. They created child friendly characters to make our Values child friendly. In 2024-25 we updated our Values to be included in our Learning Powers.

We have 7 clearly defined aims that we focus all our improvement work around. Each year we narrow that focus on specific aims whilst all the time keeping an eye on what we on to achieve in the next 5 years. Our school improvement plan and milestones detail what we aim to achieve each year. Below you will find more detail on each of our aims. Our Standards and Quality report each year updates everyone on the progress we are making towards these aims.
