Organising my Own Kit
Goal: I will be responsible for packing all my necessary gear for my club/hobby for 4 weeks.
Plan: I will ask my coach/parent what I need, write a simple kit list, and check my bag myself the night before.
Evidence: Photo on Seesaw of their accurately packed bag with their checklist visible. Parent/Guardian confirms that they did not forget any essential kit.
Getting Ready for School
Goal: I will consistently get myself ready for school (dressed, teeth brushed, hair done) without needing a single reminder from my grown-up for 10 mornings.
Plan: I will lay out my clothes before I go to bed and stick a checklist on my mirror.
Evidence: I have a completed / timetable checklist for reading for 6 weeks. Teacher confirmation that reading homework has been done for 6 weeks in a row.
Personal Independent Goal
Goal: I want to improve a specific skill I am working on at dancing or Judo.
Plan: I will create an activity tracker in my Centurion Journal. I will dedicate 15 minutes of practice time every day and ask my coach for feedback on my progress once a week.
Evidence Completed tracker in activity journal. Confirmation from coach / teacher of progress made.
