Charlie Changemaker is about taking action to make things better , for yourself, for others, and for the world. It means noticing something that could be improved, planning how to make a difference, and following through with determination and empathy.

Learning Difference Advocate (Inclusion & Empathy)
Goal: I will help others understand how we all learn differently.
Plan: I will interview pupils or staff about their learning strengths, create a display, or make a short video celebrating diversity.
Evidence: Photos, quotes, reflection on what I learned about inclusion.
School Improvement Voice (Leadership)
Goal: I will help gather ideas from my class to improve one aspect of school life (e.g., playground rules, lunch hall routines, pupil voice boards).
Plan: I will collect feedback using a short survey or discussion, share results with staff, and help put one change into action.
Evidence: Survey results, staff response, photos or notes of the change made.
Inclusive Playground Champion (Inclusion)
Goal: I will help make our playground a more inclusive place where everyone feels welcome and has something to do.
Plan: I will run one new game or activity each week for 6 weeks and invite children who are often left out to join.
Evidence: Photos or logs of games, peer comments, pupil voice reflection.
Eco Action Leader (Sustainability)
Goal: I will lead or contribute to an eco-action (e.g., recycling, litter, energy saving, biodiversity) for 8 weeks.
Plan: I will monitor progress each week, share updates at assembly/class, and encourage others to join.
Evidence: Before/after photos, record sheets, Eco-Committee comment.
Awareness Campaign (Global Citizenship)
Goal: I will raise awareness of an important issue (e.g., climate change, animal welfare, equality) through posters, a presentation, or social media (Seesaw).
Plan: I will research my topic, create a short campaign or display, and share it with at least one class or assembly.

Global Goal Ambassador (UN SDGs)
Goal: I will focus on one Sustainable Development Goal (e.g., clean water, zero hunger, equality) and take a small action linked to it.

Goal: I will create a “ripple of kindness” project that inspires others to act kindly in my community.
