Physical wellness is more than just going to the gym, weightlifting, or working out in the traditional sense. Our physical wellness is built on a foundation of small, daily activities and habits that we engage in each day. Going for walks, doing small exercises in your office space, or something as simple as standing up and stretching every hour or so when sitting for extended periods all foster positive physical wellness. This is coupled with nutrition and healthy behaviors around food, as well as proper sleep and recovery which may become a challenge for employees. Below are some articles, videos, exercises, and off-campus resources pertaining to physical wellness.
