Our emotions are an influential part of our daily lives. The ability to understand our own emotions and how they influence us is key to emotional wellness. It is impossible to fully control our emotions, however, with insight, we gain the ability to choose how we react to them or to the situations at the root of them. This program provides stress management techniques such as journaling, meditation, resiliency, positive psychology, and mindfulness.
