Store Discount: Available upon employment. Associates (as well as a spouse, domestic partner or civil union partner) are eligible to receive a 30% discount on personal purchases in any store. OSJL also has special 30% discount days (Summer, Back to School, and Christmas) each year.
Store Leadership Referral Bonus: Referring a new hire candidate for a store team leader position an associate will receive $3,000.00 or for an area team leader position, an associate will receive $1,500.00. The cash award will be issued when both the associate and their referral have been employed for six (6) months.
Store Associates Referral Program: Store Associates can refer a new hire candidate for a store location if:
You and your referral are employed for 101 days
You and your referral are employed after 1 year plus 1 day
The referral must imply on their application that they were referred

Direct Deposit or Cash Card: Associates have the option of automatically depositing their pay into a maximum of three (3) direct deposit bank accounts of their choice (Either Checking/Savings or any combination thereof) or into a Money Network Payroll Distribution System (includes paper checks and a prepaid debit card for receipt of and access to wages.)
Owners Condo/RV: Associates have access to three condos, one in Waterville Valley, NH and two in Lincoln, NH. Full Time associates, with 6 months of service, are eligible. These condos are classified as four seasonal and reservations are on a first come/first serve basis. Associates have access to 36 foot RV’s parked on campgrounds. Associates with 6 months of service are eligible. The RV will be available for summer months. Dates will be provided when the calendar year begins. All reservations must be made Friday to Friday and for the whole week. No weekend reservations will be permitted. Reservations are on first come/first serve basis. Associates must fill out a request form. Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnification Agreement must be sent to the Corporate office. A $100.00 deposit is required before one leaves for the trip. The deposit is a refundable provided there is no damage to the condo/RV after one departs.
Tuition Reimbursement: OSJL assistance is available after one year of service. Courses taken must be directly related to an associate’s position within OSJL that benefits both the associate and the company. Maximum reimbursement is $1,000.00 per course with a maximum of three courses ($3,000.00) per year at an accredited college or university. Reimbursement covers the cost of the course only; books, supplies, or other costs are not covered.
Free Lunch Friday: (Corporate Associates Only) The company provides a free lunch/dinner buffet every Friday to all corporate associates.
Holiday Luncheons: The company provides free lunch for holidays.
