There are several additional community-based programs that partner with El Camino High School with the goal of helping students to prepare for and succeed in college.
CSUSM TRIO Talent Search Program is a FREE academic preparation program designed to assist 9th – 12th grade students in developing the skills necessary to ensure academic success. TRIO TS seeks to identify and assist students who have the potential to succeed in higher education. The goal of TRIO TS is to encourage our TRIO participants at Oceanside and El Camino High School to graduate from high school, enroll in and complete their postsecondary education. MiraCosta College Student Ambassadors are current MiraCosta students that visit local high schools to meet with prospective students and provide information regarding the programs and services offered at MiraCosta College, help with the application and enrollment process, and answer any questions you may have. Students can sign up using this form.
