Absent or Snow Day
Pick 1 of the 5 workouts listed. Complete a workout for each day not in school. If you are out for the entire week please send an email by 3:00 on Friday to Mr. Cirks or Ms. Weller with the activities that you completed for each day of the week. If you are absent one day or it is a snow day (e-learning day), you can email that day stating the workout that you completed. The email will serve as credit for participation for the day. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Cirks or Ms. Weller.
