Directions for Creating a Rev Track Account 

Rev Track is the online service used to deposit money into a student's meal account.  To use this service, parents/guardians also need to activate your Skyward Acount.  Directions are Below to assist in this process:

This year students will need to pay for school meals, unless a completed "free and reduced" application is completed and eligibility is confirmed.  Information about completing this process either online or in paper form is also available on our website.

The easiest way to pay for student meals is online through "Rev Track" (also on the "home" page).  

Note: If you are already familiar with making online school payments through RevTrak, and also utilizing our Skyward Student Database Management System, please disregard this email. 

1. To set up online school meal payments, you will need to create a RevTrack account with a username and password here:  https://orcasisland.revtrak.net/

2. Once you are logged in, click on the Food and Fees box. You will then be prompted to enter your Skyward credentials. Skyward is separate from RevTrak and has different login credentials. If you don't know your login credentials, click here to reset your Skyward account -https://www2.nwrdc.wa-k12.net/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=worcass71/seplog01.w  

3. You can then go back to RevTrak and enter those credentials. You will not be asked to do this step again. This step links your child's name in Skyward to your RevTrak account. Note: You may need to log out of RevTrak and sign in again in order to prompt the Skyward login box again. It is also best to use a computer vs. phone to set all of this up.

Each students has their own unique 4 digit meal code.  Please help them learn their meal code and help them find those numbers on a key pad. If needed, either your teacher or I can assist you with identifying the individual student meal number - just send us an email.
