RHS Counseling - Transcripts and Records

A transcript is an official school record that includes all courses students have taken, grades and credits earned, and grade point average (gpa). Transcripts are updated at the end of each quarter.

Official vs Unofficial

High school transcripts are often requested for employment or university admission. Transcripts are typically not necessary for students attending community college. There are two types of high school transcripts- official and unofficial.

Official transcripts are stamped and sealed by registrar and sent directly to colleges or employers.
Unofficial transcripts do not include the registrar's stamp and can be requested at any time

Official Richland High School Transcripts can be ordered by choosing one of the options below.
