It is important to remember that stressful moments are a normal part of life. You can utilize some of the strategies below along with talking to a trusted friend or adult to help you work through these feelings. However, if you are noticing that you are feeling overwhelmed by your stress and that it is not going away or getting worse, it is important that you tell a trusted adult so they can determine how best to support you. Trusted adults can be people in your family or a member of our Brady staff.
