This year, in lieu of “Teacher Wish Lists,” parents and families have the option to buy their teacher an online e-Gift Card which can be used to purchase books for your child’s classroom. Simply go to the book fair homepage and click on ‘Shop the Store’ or ‘Shop the Virtual Book Fair.' From the Scholastic Store menu, click on ‘Buy eGift Cards’ where you will be able to select the design, enter the eGift Card amount, your teacher’s email address and add a personal message.

There will be TWO MANDATORY clinics Monday October 12th and Tuesday October 13th from 4:30-6pm outside of the Brady Cafeteria. We will learn all the material necessary to tryout THURSDAY October 15th from 4:30-6pm.
All who are interested are welcome and invited to come to clinics and tryout. Participants MUST attend clinics in order to tryout.

Did you know that in 2019 there were 377 challenges and 617 items affected by censorship attempts in 2019?
What is a book challenge? It is an attempt to remove or restrict materials or services based on content.
What is a book ban? The removal of materials or cancellation of services based on the content of a book.
Where do challenges take place? 66% take place in public libraries, 19% in school libraries, and 12% at schools.
