Ethical Failure Presentation (Test)
Grade: 94%
This was a test that covered all of Chapter 1 of the Introduction to Forensics book on Pearson Revel. This chapter covered the basics of forensics science. In order to improve on this assignment I need to study on topics that I didn't fully remember or have the best understanding of.
Lesson 4 Guided Notes (AA)
Grade: 70%
This was a packet that had notes and assignments that we had to complete for lesson 4. While I did complete this assignment, I turned it in multiple days late which is why I got a low grade on it. For next time I will make sure to complete it on time and not forget to turn it.
Ethical Failure Presentation (AA)
Grade: 100%
This presentation was created for the purpose of discussing the ethical failure committed by two forensic scientists, Annie Dookhan and Sonja Frank. We also discussed potential ways to prevent the ethical failures from happening again in the future which can prevent mishandling evidence. From this assignment I learned that there are scientists that don't follow standard procedure and cause multiple people to be falsify convicted.Â
Criminal Physiology Project (Test)
Grade: 100%
This presentation was created to share information on different serial killers and the forensics used behind each case. In my presentation I discussed the DC snipers, a duo who did drive by's and killed multiple people in their infamous 23 days of terror. This fit the overall unit as we were learning about what defines a serial killer and what can cause them. From this assignment I was able to learn about how some serial killers can be created and how time and technology helps find and arrest these serial killers.
