Object of the Year

For marking period 2, we had to make a presentation about why the person or group we chose shall be the person of the year. After asking I was able to do a object which was the James Webb Telescope. I am proud of this assignment because I did well on it and was proud of how the slides turned out and that I was able to remember most of my points.

Big Six Presentation

For marking period 2, we were learning about the Big Six, and for the project we had to choose a poem and analyze it and explain each of the Big Six. For the slides I did well, but on the presentation I didn't do as well. This is because I hadn't done the best with remembering my information for each skill and knowing it so that is why my grade dropped. In order to improve it, I will make sure to remember my information on my slides in order to deliver them clearly.

Social Issue Ted Talk planning Guide/scrpit

For marking period 3, we had to create a TED Talk on a social issue. This assignment was our planning guide and the script we would follow while giving the Ted Talk. I am proud of this assignment because it wasn't that difficult and I can somewhat planned what I was going to say and what I was going to have in it (even though I mostly winged it.)

Black out poem

For marking period 3, we had an assignment where we had to get a section of a article and black out some text in order use the revealed text to highlight a problem with society or government.

Banned Book Presentation

For marking period 4, we had to make a presentation based on a banned book. For my project I had chosen the hunger games book. I am proud of this assignment because I was able to clearly deliver all of my details and information.
