These groups were asked to create a development task/new challenge from the perspective of their own school construction project. Which subject was the most benefical for their team work?
Each group chose the time that made sense for their own project, so that the task was completely completed and evaluated before the next Workshop for the change. This task could be related, for example, to pedagogic principles, space design, furnishing principles or the development of school culture.
The situation of the groups and municipalities varied a lot, and because of that, even an interim task that was common to everyone in the project plan, had to be modified, to be more individual.
