Using a real crushed soda can as reference (not another drawing), render a drawing of the crushed can using drawing pencils only. SHADING is the key here--you can blend or use cross-hatching for the shading. Include the logo, etc., on your drawing. You can have a background if you wish, but it's not required.
Here is a page with lots of useful examples and
videos (how to) on it! Pop Can Drawing.
Remember to label your page with # and title and show it to me when finished to get your points posted.

Look up what the ASL sign language hand positions are for your initials or a three-letter word of your choice.
Draw each of the three hand positions (one one page or three pages---it's hard to draw small sometimes, so that's up to you). Use drawing pencils or colored pencils; include shading.
Label your page(s) and show me when finished.
Use your imagination to draw a fantasy landscape. It can be anytime period on Earth, in space, or some other world.
What type of plants, flowers, and trees would you see?
What does the typography look like?
Can you see other worlds from the planet you are on?
Are there buildings?
What is gravity like in the land you are drawing?

Drawing cloth is all about highlights and shadows!
Find a piece of material or fabric (solid color will be far, far easier) and drape it over something, pin it to the wall to hang freely, or arrange it in an interesting format on the table. Then, sketch what you see in your notebook. (*I will have some fabric here to use.)
Materials: Drawing pencils. This will be just a black-and-white sketch, capturing the shapes, highlights, and shadows. THINK IN SHAPES, NOT LINES as you sketch what you see!
