Teacher Training Course – 2025/2026

Course Aims:

This programme aims to:

- Translate Theory into Practice: We will aim to translate your understanding of grammar, literature, and linguistics into practical, classroom-ready teaching techniques.

- Build Foundational Teaching Skills: We will cover the main principles of lesson planning, classroom management, and creating engaging, student-centered learning activities.

- Enhance Confidence and Creativity: We hope to create confident classroom leaders who can inspire and motivate learners of all ages and levels.

Course Outcomes:

Upon successful completion, you will be able to:

- Design coherent and effective lesson plans with clear objectives and outcomes.

- Apply a range of modern teaching methodologies, including communicative language teaching (CLT) and task-based learning.

- Manage a classroom dynamically and create a positive learning environment.

- Create and adapt engaging materials and activities for teaching grammar, vocabulary, and all four key skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).

- Confidently deliver lessons that are both educational and inspiring.
