Michael Omlid served 20 years in the United States Air Force.

He began preparing taxes in 1996 in order to help his fellow service members on base. 

One day he went to a local tax office with his paper tax return he had prepared, because the IRS had just began accepting them electronically. After speaking with the owner, he earned a position there, and quickly rose through the ranks. After a few years, he decided to break out on his own and start his own business.

Not only did he serve in the military by day, but prepared taxes at night. With ups and downs through the years, and a deployment to Korea, he has always continued to serve his community through tax preparation. 

As a small business owner, he wants to help other small business owners navigate their yearly returns, and develop a plan for the future. 

Tabatha Suarez (formerly Omlid) has been supporting the family business for many years in various roles: Tax Preparer, Office Manager, and Notary Public. 

She earned a Bachelors and Masters in Education, and taught 5 years in a special education classroom. Sharing her passion for serving the community, she worked in the tax office throughout the years. Her education and experience make her a dedicated preparer. This is her fifth year preparing tax returns full time under the professional supervision of her father.
