For this project three German students invited different politicians from Munich to a panel discussion, an we were very happy that we could welcome politicians from different parties. The students of the project thought up different questions on Monday afternoon. On Tuesday morning the politicians came to the Adolf-Weber-Gymnasium and answered the questions from the students. After one and a half hour of discussion, the politicians had to reply to some spontaneous questions of the students.
On Monday afternoon all the Erasmus students met to think up questions about different topics like the schools in 2030, how to save the environment and the digitalization.
On Tuesday it was a great pleasure for everybody to meet Fritz Roth (FDP), Kobinian Rüger (SPD), Klaus von Birgelen (ÖDP), Ates Gürpinar (Die Linke) and Julian Zuber (Die Grünen). Although the CSU, the strongest party in Bavaria, didn't want to join, we were very happy to welcome so many different politicians. The politicians arrived at the Adolf-Weber-Gymnasium at 10:00 and prepared for the talk for some minutes. After a short introduction the politicians answered the prepared questions. About some questions they all had nearly the same opinion, but about some topics they had really interesting discussions (but they always were friendly...). It was very interesting to hear the different opinions and really good to see that the political parties have a plan about the future. In the end the non-Erasmus students had the chance to ask the politicians spontaneously. After one and a half hour the moderators closed the discussion and the Principal of the Adolf-Weber-Gymnasium ended the event with a little speech.
