The OKCPS internal WIDA window was adjusted due to weather interruptions, changing the original end date from end of day February 13 to end of day February 19. Makeups, in-progress tests, and incoming student assessments will continue.
End of day February 19th was the updated end date for the online testing internal window. The original DLM presentation features the goal of reaching 80% completion of online testing by the first planned date (Feb 13), not the adjusted date (Feb 19). Please factor in the window adjustment. This was to accomplish the bulk of the testing by a certain date, but make-ups and incoming tests should continue.
Testing for incoming students, make-ups, and paper tests for which all 4 domains are on paper will continue throughout the full OKCPS window. All sites should aim to test 100% of their students.
For 4th graders doing the Writing domain in booklets for the online tests, booklet orders will be ongoing. 4th Writing will be completed as those orders arrive. The original goal to complete 4th Listening & Reading, or at least the bulk of 4th, was January 30. That was then extended to February 12 in response to the weather days. The reason for the deadline was to ensure there was time to order the booklets, for the order and shipment to process, and for sites to be able to pick up the booklets. The state needs those orders to be exact per the leveled tier reports from the Listening & Reading tests. Some sites had extenuating circumstances, so orders are ongoing for those booklets. (EES & FCOA are doing the Writing online.)
All testing should be concluded by the end of the day March 6 unless otherwise approved. The week before Spring Break, sites who haven't already returned materials will have scheduled returned times. All materials must be submitted by March 13. Due to the number of sites, please aim to complete all testing by end of day March 6. Reach out if you have unique circumstances, need help scheduling, or just need a listening ear or other support.
EES/Extended Education Services & FCOA/First Choice Online Academy have the full window to test.
After completing the Listening & Reading tests, pull the Tier Report in the Test Management section to find out what leveled tier students will be for the Speaking (Pre-A, A, or B/C) & Writing (A or B/C).
Here is how to pull the Tier Report to find out students' Speaking & Writing leveled tiers. This is required after students complete Listening and Reading.
Wait to put labels on booklets for the online 1st–4th Writing tests until Listening & Reading are completed and you pull the Tier Report to know which level of booklet each student will need.
Pre-A Speaking tier tests must be administered one at a time, not in groups.

🟦 Printing Tickets - Please be sure to run your EL Export in Infinite Campus to ensure your students in DRC match the students in your EL Export. If you find any discrepancies or missing students, please just send me their district ID. I'll be sure they're updated. Here is a how-to for printing tickets.

🟦 The Grades 4–12 Online ACCESS Test Administrator Script is available online to download and print. It does not contain any secure test prompts like the KG–3rd scripts. I also have some for each site which can be picked up. Both are in black and white. Please ensure you only use the 2025–26 script. (It is not acceptable to use a previous year's script if you did not discard last year's.)
🟦 Here is the Materials Check Out/In log so you can print and use it. This is required by the state. Testing materials should be returned daily.

Types of WIDA ACCESS Tests
1) To log in, go to the WIDA website.
2) Click on Login in the upper righthand corner, then select the WIDA Secure Portal in the drop down.
3) Use your OKCPS email for the username. If you don't remember your password, just click on forgot password.
4) It might have you sign a confidentiality/security agreement if it's your first time to log in.
5) After that, you should be able to link directly to the acssessment course/s you need via the links in the column headers of your school's WIDA 2026 Test Admin Certification Log.
6) Stacy will check the WIDA Certification Report periodically and update your school's certification log as courses are completed.
Please report all technical issues and testing irregularities to the WIDA DTC (District Test Coordinator) as soon as possible.
