🟨 Please be sure to continue to complete your ELAPs & distribute Parent Notification Letters. These must be completed all year long, not just the 1st 30 days. Please continue to adhere to the 14-calendar-day federal timeline.  Parent/Guardian letters are to be sent every year, not only when the student is initially identified.

🟨 Please follow the ⭐latest slides & guidance for completing ELAPs.⭐

🟨 I will continue sending sites your lists to screen incoming students. Please do not screen anyone I haven't approved for screening. Please continue to adhere to the 14-calendar-day federal timeline.

🟨 Alternate Screeners - Please notify me before administering an alt screener. There is an eligibility process.

🟩 Please remember, we do not screen 3-year-olds at this time per OSDE guidance.
