Community Child Guidance Clinic:

Located at 317 North Main Street in Manchester, CT. Open Mondays and Wednesday 8:00am-6:00pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00am -8:00pm and Fridays 7:00am -5:00pm. 860-643-2101.

Urgent Crisis Center at The Village for Families and Children

Located at 1680 Albany Avenue, Hartford Phone: (860) 297-0520

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 11:00pm. Saturday and Sunday, 10:00am – 6:00pm

No appointment or referral necessary- Walk-in Urgent Crisis Center (UCC) provides outpatient services for children and teens who are experiencing an urgent mental or behavioral health crisis, including:

Thoughts of suicide or self-injury
Feelings of depression, anxiety or hopelessness
Out-of-control behaviors
Substance misuse
Any mental health crisis

This program is not an Emergency Department. If a youth needs immediate medical attention, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest hospital

Crossroads Food Pantry is located at 1492 Silver Lane, East Hartford. Church food pantry distributes food to Greater Hartford Residents in need on specific Wednesdays of the month from 9am-noon. Call or visit the website to be aware of the Wednesday delivery of the month. Phone number: 860-895-1231
Ghanaian Catholic Parish Food Pantry is located at One Community Church East Hartford. Church based food pantry that serves Greater Hartford area residents in need of food. The Town of East Hartford Food Pantry is located in the lower level of the Community Center located at 50 Chapman Place, East Hartford, CT 06108. The East Hartford food pantry is open three days a month; the 2nd and 4th Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the 3rd Monday of the month from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Vernon:
