Scanning Handwritten Work to a PDF File
Some courses, particularly in math or science, may require you to complete your assignments by hand and then submit the file to the Brightspace dropbox. To scan documents, you may use a scanner or you can simply use your smartphone (Android or iPhone)
Install the Google Drive app on your phone, if you do not already have it. Make sure that you are logged into your school Google account.
Scan Documents with Google Drive
Your file will be stored in your school's Google Drive, ready to be uploaded into your dropbox (as long as you have linked your Google account to your Brightspace account - see the information on the Getting Started webpage).
You will need to access the Notes app on your iPhone or iPad.
How to Scan Documents on your iPhone or iPad
To upload the file into your Brightspace dropbox use one of the following methods:
Store the file in your phone's storage then open Brightspace on your phone and go to the dropbox and upload from your phone.
Send your file to your computer (through email or iCloud) and then upload the file from your computer into the Brightspace dropbox.
