As we get older, we have more responsibilities. Sometimes these tasks can take over and really impact our mental health. Taking some time out to do activities that we enjoy can provide some balance to our lives. It can be as simple as using a fidget toy, to a family or friend board or card game night, or even hanging out with your pet if you have one. The point is to take a little time out of the day to unwind away from a screen - even 15 minutes can make a difference.Â
