How to use this toolkit
Think of your mental health that same way as your physical health. Making small adjustments and taking just a couple of steps can go a long way over time. Try to incorporate 1 or 2 of the Staying Well Strategies per week. See how they work for you. Continue the ones that do work and try new ones. Eventually, they can become part of your daily routines and you can find the balance needed for good mental health.

This toolkit was adapted from work from students at St. Josephine Catholic Virtual High School. They created a toolkit to help each other and students in our community #BeWell. We continue to add our own resources for our Sacred Heart community. We hope this toolkit promotes positive well-being for all with strategies and resources to keep our minds and our hearts feeling healthy.
