Important Billing Information

Families are assessed a per credit fee for each CAPP course.  For the 2024-25 school year this fee is $110 per credit (or $55/credit for students on free and reduced lunch).  This fee is set by UW-Oshkosh and is subject to change each year.  If you qualify for free and reduced lunch at Oak Creek High School, make sure that you have chosen to share this information so your fees can be reduced.

Students are reminded that add and drop deadlines (and penalties) as well as all procedures are set by UW-Oshkosh and NOT OCHS.

Students will be billed by OCHS and the fee will be placed on their IC account.  Students will be enrolled in the CAPP course once they have paid their CAPP fee.  Before a student can be enrolled in the CAPP course, the entire registration process must be complete:

1.      Student applies to UWO by July 31st

2.      Student registers for CAPP course(s) in August via MyUWOPortal

3.      Student pays their CAPP fee on Infinite Campus

4.      High school enters eligibility and instructor approves student
