After School Fun

Even after school, kids still have fun in various after-school activities. Clubs such as K-Kids, Journalism Club, Gym Club, Drama club, and Cares. At these activities, kids do many things.

Anne M. said that at Gym Club kids play athletic games such as kickball, pinball, and Gaga.

In Cares, “We do our homework, have a snack then go outside and play,” says Arad C.

In the Journalism Club, we write the school newspaper and articles and take pictures.

“In K-Kids, we do things for community service, like making cards for Veterans, posters for dogs, and starting a food drive,” says Cora M.

"In Drama, we sing and dance," says Ashley.

As everyone knows, the school shut down last year. When we came back from virtual, School #4 took on some precautions. One of which was that kids could no longer stay after school on the playground and the field.

But, now, after a bit of waiting, we are allowed to stay after school to play. Kids now have the option to stay and play with their friends.

Now, maybe if you want to have fun after school then you can join one of the many clubs at School #4!

What Can You Do In 5th Grade?

You might be wondering if you're in 4th grade, “What will I be able to do in 5th grade?” There are a few things that you are going to be able to do.

The biggest thing is being able to join the school play. I was in it myself and it was really fun.

Another thing is more work to do, but I'll save that for another article. The thing I'm going to be talking about is the circus. This is only available for 5th graders. The 6th graders did it this year because they didn't have a chance to do it last year due to COVID.

But, this gets me thinking, What do the 4th graders want to do in the circus? Well, I made a form to ask them what their favorite act was. Here are the results!
