Kindness

Before you know what kindness really is

You must feel the pain of life

feel the the emotion of sadness

like if it was a terrible treat you have been given

What you want does not seem to come

what you need is yet to come

what you give does not happen

sadly, all of this happens for a reason

god just trying to show us the ONE we really are

between the friends and family there is trust

How you rest your head on your pillow at night

thinking if your friend will keep that secret

the terror of that thought gives you chills

Before you learn the act of kindness

you must feel the warmth of kindness given to you

You must not be the bad guy

how one can make such a big change in just little acts of kindness is unbelievable

and the rest of us just still sit back and become more selfish

Before you know kindness as the key to life

you must feel that warmth of kindness

You must give that warmth of kindness out

You must be the one god created you to be

and you will find out who you are when you give kindness

Hopefully other will join along with you on the act of kindness

only kindness that type of kindness causes a great life for all

and sends you out into the day thinking how great life is and everything will be fine

only kindness that is what everyone deserves

from the crowd of the world to say

It is I you have been looking for,

and then goes with you everywhere

like a toddler latching on his mother
