Reporting on Learning

In addition to our ongoing communication throughout the year, you will receive three formal reports on your child’s learning:

The Kindergarten Communication of Learning: Initial Observations report will be issued in October/November and will provide you with an early overview of your child’s learning, growth, and next steps. We hope that this will help us to establish a common understanding of your child’s learning and goals early in the year.

The Kindergarten Communication of Learning reports will be issued twice in the year: in February and at the end of June. These reports will provide you with a summary of your child’s strengths, growth, and next steps in relation to the expectations of the Kindergarten Program.
