Please note that the parking lot is closed during arrival and pickup. Parking on the street is limited, so we encourage families to walk to school if possible. Kindergarten drop off is between 8:15-8:30. The Turtle and Ladybug classes will be using Gate 3 beside the parking lot only. Please wait for an educator to take your child to the Kindergarten Yard. Parents are not permitted past the gate.
Kindergarten students who are picked up will be dismissed at 2:50 at Gate 3. Students will be dismissed one at a time to their "adult." Please do not call your child over as we need to dismiss safely. Any walkers not picked up on time will be left with a yard duty teacher.
Students who take the bus will be escorted to their designated bus. EDP students will be brought to the EDP staff.
Remember to label everything! Especially shoes, sweaters, hats and water bottles. In the winter, children lose a lot of mittens, hats and neckwarmers. A label (either permanent marker or Mabels Labels) can help us get lost clothing back to you!

“Educator team members have complementary skills that enable them to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports the unique needs of each child” (The Kindergarten Program, 2016, p. 112).
Your child will alternate weeks between the English and French teacher, but they will stay in the same room with the same ECEs.
