The lists of deductible and non-deductible overseas pensions are not final. (Just the incredible amount of typos doesn't seem to be corrected...) More pensions are added in an add-as-you-go method. We have come across cases where pensioners received wrong information from MSD regarding the deductibility of their overseas pensions, therefore it is best to double-check with MSD if you do not find your type of pension in the lists. And get everything in writing!
