Commitment To Service 

Teaching Assistant 

• I became a TA for the General Engineering department, where I taught the various specializations of engineering (chemical, electrical, biomedical) through weekly lab sessions as well as guided and assisted students in the creation of their projects during the class.

• There were two primary reasons why I became a TA. One was that I had enjoyed the class while doing it myself and wished to provide other students with the same passion for engineering I had felt during the class. The second is that I would gain a greater holistic knowledge of engineering by both teaching the students and having access to prototyping equipment.

• This development of prototyping skills would allow me to rapidly design and create a prototype of any medical devices in the future and hence the testing procedures can be done sooner.

Residential Assistant 

• I served as a Residential Assistant (NYU) for NYU where I acted as a liaison between the residents and administration to ensure the students' concerns were being voiced  

• I also developed and orgainzed several student events
