Youth Pride Chorus - Join Youth Pride Chorus as we tell the stories that make us who we are. The stories that show where we’ve come from, where we are now, and where we must go. The stories we’ve forgotten and the stories we must always remember. The stories that make us unique, and the stories that remind us we are all the same. This is why we tell the story!
Each year in June, NYC hosts one of the largest LGBTQ+ Pride marches in the world. If you identify as LGBTQ+ or as an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, support the movement by registering to march as a school group or turn up on the day to offer support from the sidelines.
NYC Heritage of Pride March - Sunday, June 28
Spend time with older members of the LGBT community with SAGE’s Friendly Visiting program. Head to an orientation. These are held on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm at the Edie Windsor SAGE Center (305 7th Avenue, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10001). Advance registration is not required, but SAGE recommends calling the front desk at 646-576-8669 to make sure that the orientation is not being held in a SAGE satellite office.
